Difficulty Rating: Beginner
This pattern was developed with the beginner sewist in mind. However, it can be modified and enhanced by intermediate and advanced sewists. This pattern is designed for a variety of materials including quilting cotton, cork, or vinyl. Specialty hardware is highlighted and encouraged, but modifications for simple hardware are included. This bag was designed to give sewists practice with trying and installing lovely hardware for an upscale look. However, it can be quickly sewn up with very little hardware for a simple, tote-like look instead.
(The specific Specialty Hardware listed in the pattern can be found at fireweedstitches.com and corkandcloth.net.)
